AMFT
I believe that everyone has a story worth knowing, and I value creating a space where you feel heard, known, and understood. I work primarily with teens and young adults, and I see therapy as a place to slow down and begin making sense of what you’ve been carrying in a way that brings clarity and meaning.
I work from a collaborative, relational approach grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems Theory, and Restoration Therapy. I also emphasize building greater compassion toward yourself as these patterns become clearer.
I have a special interest in supporting teens and young adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and the impact of spiritual or religious trauma.
Wherever you find yourself, we can start there. My hope is that you leave feeling more understood, more connected to yourself, and clearer about what matters most to you as you move forward.
